Hi experts,
We created a new interface in a software component unused till now.
Now when I try to export my interface, I have the only option "Transport Using File System",
but in our environment the standard is "Transport using CMS".
Could you please explain me how to change this parameter?

I am getting error during Customer Hierarchy full load as under:
The 'valid from' date is smaller than the mimimum date
Error in node time interval with the ID xxxxxx . Details in next message
Hierarchy is loaded through an IDOC, no PSA.
Datasource: 0CUST_SALES_LKDH_HIER.
The above ID value is changing daily during error.
This Hierarchy load was working well for long time but suddenly this error is occurring.
I could not see any issue with IDOC in R/3
I checked the date for the node id in Rsa3 in R/3, date was within range as in selection of infopackage.

I have a suite of 80+ applications and a common framework (targets) whose source shares a single MS TFS project (divided by folder)
My question is how to manage local development and 'work style'
A developer can be responsible for anywhere between 1 to 80 of the applications
PB SCC connectivity is a Workspace property. All targets in a source controlled workspace share a single SCC project.
There is one pbC file per workspace which maintains the current local version state
Which in your opinion is best practice approach?

I added the following code into DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT method of my custom assigment block's IMPL class.
As you see, I am looking if it is the first time in the request for change order or not.
If it is first time in the order then I am gonna add lines into the assignment block otherwise I wont.
But when I click the standart 'Notes' assignment block in the same order and add a note and go back to the order page, the page triggers DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT again and it acts like its the first time in the order and adds 2 more lines too!!
How can I handle if its second time in the same page but DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT thinks its the first time?

I'm implementing an interface with Web-Services in the PO system , Here i have created the RFC in NWA and Also in the ECC system . In the NWA when i try to bin i'm getting error like below screen . I have entered proper input only also i have the proper Role for that user (SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER) .
In the Communication channel monitoring i getting the below error as in the screen . I have checked all the links and done same as they suggested . Finally i didnt get any solution . This is tried by SoapUI . There also i have given proper credentials.
Kindly some one suggest me , What are all the configurations needs to be done for the PO Single stack (java) . in both PO and Basis perspective .
If u give steps that will be really help full to us as a check list .

Hi all
I have this error in MB1B when I try to use movement type 414 applied to 8 pieces of my item X that I received in warehouse form a production order.
I received this stock via MB31 with movement 101 E.
The production order is related to a Sales Order.
Now, the guys needs to un-link this 8 pieces from the Sales Order stock, they will eventually sell throught free stock.
I am new in this company ( and I am new to SAP as well ) so I believe when my colleague say this is the "normal" procedure. The only thing that deviates is the fact that the item X is lot controlled. So far this procedure has always been ok.
My colleague attempted a debug and it seems that the program is missing the Sales Order position at some point...but we do not want to "force" the transaction.
Plus I am wondering if it is correct to use 414 instead of 411E. I am asking this to myself after reading lots of post on SCN...

I have historical data in my 0SM_UPL cube from when CCLM was configured using SP9 against my ECC system last year. Now I am about to reconfigure using SP12, I wanted to know whether the UPL migration would be triggered if no UPL extractor was currently running (it stopped for unknown reasons a couple of months ago). I have taken a look at the WDA code for the migration step and it suggests to me that the old UPL extractor is checked if it is running before performing the migration.

I am running into the below issue. Please advise.
I have a user who doesn't have write access to data source and when I test with Input template it works fine. But when I run a DM package which calls allocation script where data is writing to Data source. User is successfully writing data to database.
So I don't how user is able to write data to database though he doesn't have write access.

As you know 2016 is a Leap year, due to an error in our config.(which was adding 364 days ) the quota validity and deduction date ends on 30.03.2016.(our quota runs from 1st Apr-31s t Mar)
Now we have more than 300 employees with incorrect validity /Deduction to dates on system.
We have corrected the config and now when we execute the Time evaluation I was hoping to extend the dates on IT 2006.
Obviously that did not happen .
Is there a way to do it automatically without having to delete old quotas and process time eval , which means a lot of work for us to lock the absences etc.
Appreciate your feedback.

I want to make a script that creates a report and saves it to a specific folder. Everything woks fine except the saving part. does anyone know how to make a script that types something in the file name box and then clicks save. so from when the "save as" window comes up I want it to: mark the file name box>type something there>click save.

I'm using MDGC 7 and I would like to create a customer. I've found 2 options for that, either though
In both of the cases I can insert roles, addresses, bank accounts, tax numbers, ERP customer control data, ERP Customer Marketing Information, ERP Customer Export data, ERP Customer Additional Data, etc.
But nowhere I'm requested to enter company codes, sales orgs, distribution channels, etc., but this would be one of the most important info for me.
Also, when I submit the change request, and, hence, create the customer only the KNA1 table gets new records, KNB1 is still empty.
Could you please help? Do I have to extend the BP data model?
